Tough economic times affect each us differently; in the case of selling and buying a home in Denver, there is opportunity on both sides of the transaction, especially for first-time homebuyers and buyers looking to move up to their "permanent house." Many credible sources, such as Forbes.com, are calling Denver one of the country's most stable markets. Earlier this year, the Today show ran this segment about Denver's rank as the city primed for the best real estate rebound in the US. Combined with lower prices and historically low interest rates, there aren't many buying periods in this city's history as ripe as this one.
The same goes for choosing a residential Realtor! Part-time and inexperienced agents are leaving our business every day because they don’t possess the service and skill needed to get you the best possible price for the home you’re buying or selling. Now more than ever, you need an expert to help answer the tough questions, navigate the sales and buying processes and get the possible price for you.

Karl is donating a portion of his proceeds to Harrison Memorial Animal Hospital.
Last year, Karl and Jill Lueders created the Goethe Fund, a foundation dedicated to fostering the loving bond between pets and their owners. Starting this year, The Goethe Fund has committed to raise $25,000 over the next five years to benefit Harrison Memorial Animal Hospital, Colorado's largest not-for-profit veterinary center designed to provide care for pets whose owners cannot afford to keep them healthy. Thousands of pets every year are denied simple veterinary care because their owners must sometimes decide between their pets and putting food on their family's table. Harrison serves more than 13,000 pet owners pet care needs, but many thousands in Denver still do not know about this amazing opportunity. Through donations from the many Goethe Fund supporters and, more substantially, through the donations made by Karl every time he helps a client buy or sell a home, we hope to provide more pets with happier and healthier lives.
